| Our exchange organization is one of the great marketing success stories with a history of excellence in exchanging. We're told we conduct the best meeting anywhere. Our experienced members work with each other to ensure our clients needs come first. We provide the opportunities and tools necessary for our members. We are noted for our strong knowledge base in counseling of our clients.
Cost for attending the meeting.
Members $20 includes morning refreshments and lunch. $30 for non-members. First time attendees are free. All attendees must be licened real estate brokers, broker/salesman,or salesman, no exceptions. A real estate calculator is suggested for attendees.
Bring 40 copies of your package if you will be presenting a market package. Each package should include an Annual Property Operating Data Sheet (APOD). Have the terms of the note(s) securing the property. A Brief description of the location and of the property should be included on the flyer. A map showing the location of property being marketed. See you at the meeting.
The cost of being a member is $100.00 for the year. The dues are due July 1st of the current year.
