Participate in our April 28-30th Real Estate Marketing Days (licensees only) or our April 26&27 Education Days (everyone welcome) or Both! Real estate licensees who choose to take the NCE Gold Card Course will become eligible for membership in NCE. NCE members in good standing may use the Equity Marketing Specialist (EMS) Designation.

Marketing Opportunity
NCE Conferences are known for producing lots of real estate deal-making action. This wouldn’t be our 56th National Conference if we didn’t provide results! We’ll put your packages in our professional marketing book. We’ve got great moderators to help you make a deal if you want to present from the podium. Our production crew will help with Cash & Paper Boards, Taker Boards, introductions and brainstorming. There is also a “Country Store” for attendees use for even greater distribution. We want you to be successful.

Educational Opportunities Abound
Monday and Tuesday we offer our Basic Gold Card Class to those who are interested. Completion of the class will fulfill the minimum education requirements for NCE membership. Our talented team will cover Exchanging Concepts, Profitable Formulas, Marketing and Mechanics of Exchanging, Client Counseling, and Tax aspects of exchanges. “Instant Benefits” include member pricing on both education and marketing for all those graduates who join NCE after completing the class.
In addition to our Gold Card Class there will be Terrific Advanced Education Seminars (to be announced), also. Education doesn’t stop there, either. We have Multiple Educational Roundtables first thing every day for marketing attendees. We’ll also have Special Speakers. NCE means education!

Networking and Special Events
Our conferences are full of networking opportunities. Tuesday night we have a networking party. All attendees are welcome. Attendance is free for marketing attendees. There will be food, music and a no host bar. We’ll also have a special outing on Wednesday evening, too. Note: There will be no cowboy auction at this conference.

Tuscany Suites & Casino
The conference is being held at the Fabulous Tuscany Suites & Casino, a boutique property located within easy walking distance to the hottest corner on the Strip - Flamingo Road & Las Vegas Blvd. You will have the best of all worlds at the Tuscany - all rooms are actually huge suites. NCE does not provide accommodations for this conference but we have reserved a block of rooms at the Tuscany Suites & Casino. The Tuscany is located at 255 E. Flamingo Rd., Las Vegas, NV 89169. You can reach the Tuscany at (877) 887-2261. Be sure to use code "National Council of Exchangors" at the time of your reservation to get the best rate. The unheard of NCE rate is only $75 Sun-Thursday nights IF you make your reservation early enough AND before our block is sold-out. The NCE block is exclusively for the use of meeting attendees during the period of conference attendance. If you have not paid your conference attendance fees, your hotel reservation is subject to summary cancellation.

Travel Reservations & Arrivals Conference attendees must provide their own transportation to the conference. The Tuscany is less than 2 miles and a short cab ride ($10-$15) from the airport! Tuscany shuttle service is provided exclusively by Showtime Shuttle Service (24 hours, $6, handicap accessible with 24-hour notice.) You can call Showtime at (702)261-6101, but you really only need to exit the baggage claim door (Door 12) and the Showtime Shuttle booth will be right there. Reservations are not necessary except for handicap service.
